This Cookie Policy explains how Vesper (“Vesper”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our online store, what each category does, and how you can accept, decline or change your choice at any time. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage and session storage, keep small pieces of information on your device in the same way. In this policy we call all of them “cookies”. Some are set by us (first-party), others by service providers we use (third-party).
3. The three categories in our cookie banner
When you first visit our store, our cookie banner asks for your choice. It works like this:
- Essential cookies are always on. Without them the store cannot work: your cart, checkout, payment security, sign-in and remembering your cookie choice. The law does not require consent for these.
- Analytics cookies are only set after you click “Accept”. They tell us, in aggregated form, which pages are visited and where the store can be improved.
- Marketing cookies are only set after you click “Accept”. They would let advertising partners measure our ads and show relevant ads elsewhere. We currently do not use any marketing cookies; if we add them, they will be listed here and load only with your consent.
“Accept” allows analytics and marketing cookies. “Decline” keeps only essential cookies, and the store works fully either way. Non-essential cookies are never set before you make a choice.

5. Analytics cookies we use (only with your consent)

Analytics data is used in aggregated form only and is kept for up to 14 months.
6. Marketing cookies
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If we introduce them (for example a Meta, TikTok or Google Ads measurement pixel), we will update this list beforehand, and they will load only for visitors who clicked “Accept”.
7. How to change your choice
- Click “Manage cookies” at the bottom of any page. The banner opens again and you can accept or decline. Withdrawing consent does not affect use that happened before.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the cart and checkout from working.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights over personal data collected through cookies, including under the GDPR and UK GDPR (EU and UK visitors) and the CCPA/CPRA (California residents). We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Details and how to exercise your rights are in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to this policy
We update this Cookie Policy whenever we add, remove or change a cookie. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If a change needs new consent, we will ask you again through the cookie banner.
