Refund Policy

• Full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery.
• Opened pouches are included. You do not need to return unused stickers in their original packaging.
• No explanation needed. You can tell us why if you like, but you do not have to.

Please include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We reply within 1–2 business days and let you know whether we need the product back. If we do, we send you instructions with the request confirmation.

Return shipping is free for orders shipped within the United States. We email you a prepaid return label. For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, contact us first and we will tell you how to proceed; in many cases no return is needed at all.

Once your refund is approved, we refund it to your original payment method. The money arrives within 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card provider. Shipping was free, so there are no shipping costs to deduct.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or does not arrive at all, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under consumer protection law. If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. See our Terms of Service for details.
