Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all orders placed through our online store by consumers and businesses. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that you have read these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

The product pages on our website are an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer. When you click “Pay now” (or the equivalent payment button) you submit a binding offer to buy the products in your cart. Before submitting, you can review and correct all entries. We send an automatic email confirming that we received your order; this is not yet an acceptance. The contract is concluded when we ship your order and send a shipping confirmation, or when we charge your payment method, whichever happens first. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud; in that case any amount charged is refunded in full.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless you are shopping in our United Kingdom store, where prices are shown in British pounds (GBP). Shipping is free on every order. Sales tax, VAT or import charges are calculated and shown at checkout where they apply. Prices can change at any time, but the price shown at the moment you place your order applies to that order. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; we will contact you and you may cancel.

We accept major credit and debit cards (including Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and, where offered at checkout, Klarna. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your payment method is charged when you place your order. We never receive or store your full card details.

We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Every order ships free with tracking, in plain packaging without the product name on the parcel. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates and details are on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery, including for opened pouches, with no explanation needed. Return shipping is free for U.S. orders. Full details and how to request a refund are in our Refund Policy. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law (including the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the UK and the EU).

We warrant that our products, when delivered, are free from manufacturing defects and conform to their description, and are used before the expiry date printed on the pouch. If a product is defective, contact us and we will replace it or refund you. Any statutory warranties that apply to you under the law of your state or country remain unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, we make no further warranties, express or implied.

Vesper drink-test nail stickers are a quick screening aid. By purchasing and using them you acknowledge that:

• The sticker screens only for GHB and ketamine. It does not detect any other substances, including other drugs, and it does not detect alcohol that has been added to a drink.
• A negative result does not mean a drink is safe. Concentrations below the detection threshold, drink composition, temperature or incorrect use can affect the result.
• The sticker is an aid, not a substitute for vigilance. Keep watching your drink, do not accept drinks from strangers, and look out for your friends.
• The product is intended for personal use only and may not be resold as a testing service.
• The product is not a medical device and does not provide a diagnosis. It is not intended for clinical, forensic or legal testing.
• The product is not a substitute for emergency services. If you or someone else feels unwell, unusually drowsy or confused, get help immediately and call 911 in the United States or 999 in the United Kingdom.
• Always follow the instructions on the pouch: dip the sticker in the drink, wait up to 30 seconds and check whether it has turned red.

To the extent permitted by law, Vesper is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for damages arising from use of the product contrary to its instructions or section 9. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and the Vesper name, is owned by or licensed to Vesper and may not be copied or used without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Courts located in the State of New York have jurisdiction over disputes, except where the law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own place of residence. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country or state where you live. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform; we are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but we are always happy to resolve issues directly.

We may update these Terms for future orders. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
